Added DikeTableHeight, WaterHeight, WaterHeightLow, WaterHeightDecimeringsHoogte, MaxWaterHeight to Location. Implemented import from locations.csv and shapefile. Removed RiverLevel and RiverLevelLow from Location. Related to Issue [MWDAM-1521]
