Changed the way that the soil profile combobox is filled in piping input by passing the available stochastic soil models and retrieving the profiles based on the set surface line. Removed property SoilProfiles on PipingFailureMechanism. Made PipingSubCalculatorFactory a singleton. Removed obsolete InputParameterCalculationServiceConfig and its test. Removed obsolete Ringtoets.Piping.InputParameterCalculation.Test and Ringtoets.Piping.InputParameterCalculation.TestUtil projects. Made derived properties not publically modifiable.
