Changed the way that the soil profile combobox is filled in piping input by passing the available stochastic soil models and retrieving the profiles based on the set surface line. Removed property SoilProfiles on PipingFailureMechanism. PipingInput now responsible for creating PipingInputSynchronizer. Added ContainingPropertyUpdateDescriptorDecorator so that the Setter of the containing property is called. This is used in PipingInputContextProperties to have the setter of the design variable properties called, so that the PipingInput can be synchronized.
