Added view for design water level for hydraulic boundary locations in the grass cover erosion outwards failure mechanism. Modified signature of the AssertPropertyInfoDefined method so that it doesn't use generic types. Added AssertContainsViewInfo method to assert a view info in a collection of view infos defined by a plugin. Moved DesignWaterLevelLocationRow to Ringtoets.Common.Forms so that it could be reused.
