Updated constraints on Norm (>0) and Contribution(>0 and <=100). Added TestHelper.AssertExceptionCustomMessage which can be used to assert for custom exception messages. Exposed FailureMechanismContributionItem.Norm. Used more optimal Invalidate() (instead of Refresh()). Updated doc and tests.
