Added requirement of a Layer which has the property IsAquifer true. Requirement set by piping kernel. Refactored the SoilProfileReader so that it can be used to read profiles one at a time. Updated databases to reflect the requirement of IsAquifer. Updated queries used to gather all the soil profile information.
