* Introduced TypeConverter to be used with RoundedDouble editable property control field. * RoundedDouble now has explicit cast from double to RoundedDouble. * Used Math.Round(double, int) API to prevent having to roundtrip to decimal. Also has more accurate 'number of decimals'. * RoundedDouble constructor refactorings. * PipingInput now has ExitPointL and EntryPointL as RoundedDouble.
