Modified GetConsecutiveAquitardLayersBelowLevel so that it retrieves actual coverage layers instead. Renamed method to GetConsecutiveCoverageLayersBelowLevel to better match its implementation. Extended validation so that messages are logged when definitions of SaturatedVolumicWeightOfCoverageLayer, DarcyPermeability or DiameterD70 are not complete.
