* All FailureMechanismSectionResults now have their Level2A and LevelThree properties initialized to double.NaN. * All FailureMechanismSectionResultViews now show double.NaN as "-" in the tables. * All FailureMechanismSectionResultViews now accept empty strings or "-" characters for Level2A and LevelThree properties of FailureMechanismSectionResults and intepret that as double.NaN. * Extracted repeated formatting text for Probabilities into helper and reused that common code. * Added parameter validation to Probability properties. * Improved Probability properties to be uniformly in the [0, 1] range (some where expressed as yearly return period). * Cleanup of projects.
