Implement additional properties for the output: - Extended the WaveConditionsOutput to store the target- and calculated reliability. Also stores the wave direction - Extended the WaveConditionsOutputProperties to display the: -- Wave direction -- target and calculated probability/reliability - Simplified tests for the WaveConditionsOutputProperties by using PropertiesTestHelper Note WaveConditionsOutput constructor currently contains 3 optional variables to store the wave direction and reliabilities, this will be phased out.
