Renamed SchemaBreakWaterType to ConfigurationBreakWaterType because this better matches the configuration prefixes and suffixed that are used throughout the codebase. Added ClosingStructuresCalculationConfiguration and ConfigurationClosingStructureInflowModelType which will contain data to be imported/exported for closing structures failure mechanism calculations.
