Fixed problem with empty database. Fixed problem when skipping profile at end of database. Fixed problem with invalid properties being imported as 0.0 double values. Fixed invalidTop1dProfile.soil so that it contains just an invalid top value. Fixed invalidBottom1dProfile.soil so that it contains just an invalid bottom value. Added integrationtests for importing .soil files and creating PipingProfile (kernel input) from it. Changed type of PipingSoilLayer.IsAquifer from bool to double, as this is the type which is saved to the database. Transforming the double to a boolean is now handled in hte PipingProfileCreator. Fixed bug for when database contains no property values.
