Refactoring of PipingDataNodeController due to discussion on MVC - Introduced PipingCalculationService which can be called to perform a piping calculation - Removed PipingDataNodeController obsolete + logic of PipingDataNodeController moved to PipingDataNodePresenter + context menu constructed in PipingDataNodeController - Adapted tests accordingly.
