Added PipingOutput to PipingData as a result of the calculation. PipingDataNodeController now creates a PipingOutput and add this to the PipingData if the calculation was succesful. added general PipingCalculationException which is triggered when any of the sub calculations throw an exception. Moved calculation calling logic to PipingDataNodeController. Added the rest of the required parameters to the PipingData and PipingDataProperties.
