Able to read 2D soil layers from the database by parsing its GeometrySurface value (from database). Split PipingSoilProfileReader (database part) and PipingSoilLayerReader (XML part). Extended Point3D with equality operators so they can be used in HashSet. Exposed Wti.IO internal classes to Wti.IO.Test so they can be tested.
