DamInput.cs and DamOutput.cs are generated files.
They are generated based on the defined XSD's.
To regenerate 
1) open a Developer Studio command prompt (by typing dev in the Windows search box).
2) goto map with XSD definitions
3) run batchfiles GenerateClasses.bat

If you don't have Developer Studio command prompt you can use GenerateClasses2.bat instead.
Read the bat file first for instructions.

IMPORTANT: Do not manually change DamInput.cs and DamOutput.cs !!
