Added ContextMenu helper classes for FailureMechanism and PlaceholderWithReadOnlyName (probably temporary). Extended ContextMenuStripExtensions so that items can be inserted at a specific location. Copied resources to Core.Common.Gui project. Related to Issue [WTI-172]
