Incorporated comments tester: - Changed the UpdateEntryAndExitPointsCalculationGroupChangeHandler to generic implementation which allows a query to be injected for the message box that is displayed when inquiring the user - Added tests to cover new functionality Related to Issue [WTI-1076]

Incorporated comments tester: - Introduced a UpdateEntryAndExitPointsCalculationGroupChangeHandler to inquire if the user wants to continue when calculations have outputs - Added tests to cover new functionality - Added tooltips to provide information when the context menu item is disabled - Moved the change handlers in their separate folder Related to Issue [WTI-1077]
