* Fully implemented installer toolchain. 1. Set Configuration to CreateInstaller 2. Clean the whole solution 3. Build the whole solution 4. Installer can be found at Wti2017Setup\bin\Release\Wti 2017 Setup.msi * Implemented heat.exe that will extract contents of DeltaShell.Gui.bin and ensures that any contents therein (except empty folders) are included in the installer payload. Related to Issue [WTI-10]

* Created Wti2017Setup WiX project with initial dummy installer build * Created CreateInstaller configuration that only builds the projects required to create and build the WTI 2017 application installer. * Removed strong name keys from libraries
