* Renamed HeightStructuresCharacteristicsCsvReader to StructuresCharacteristicsCsvReader * StructuresCharacteristicsCsvReader reads file and parses values. Read per line instead whole file in 1 go. * StructuresParameterRow now has LocationId property. Related to Issue [WTI-577]
