Introduced PropertyInfo for DuneLocationsContext: - Introduced a wrapper property info for the DuneLocationsContext to unwrap the ObservableList with HydraulicBoundaryLocations.

Updated DuneLocationsProperties:

- Added XML doc and updated units for the DuneLocationProperties

- Made the properties an ExpandableArrayConverter for displaying properties of individual locations

- Overrode the ToString method of DuneLocationsProperties to prevent displaying the API information in the properties panel
