Removed dependencies to AssessmentSection in GrassCoverErosionInwardsCalculationServiceIntegrationTest and HeightStructuresCalculationActivityIntegrationTest. Renamed and moved these tests to Service.Test projects. Used HydraRingCalculatorFactoryConfig in tests so that the actual Hydra-Ring executable is not invoked.
