+X value\newline
+All characteristic points must have an x-value for which SurfaceLevelOutside<X valule<SurfaceLevelInside and meets the validation in table Apx A1. 
+If not so, an error message must be given: �De karakteristieke punten liggen niet op volgorde � the characteristic points are not in order.�
+
+Singularity\newline
+Each characteristic point may only occur once. If a characteristic point is appointed more than once an error must be given: �Een karakteristiek punt mag maar eenmaal voorkomen- A characteristic point can occur only once�.

+Sets of characteristic points\newline
+The shoulders, ditch and traffic load are not required points. However when one of the set is present, the set should be complete. Give an error message if characteristic points are missing in the set: �De karakteristieke punten zijn niet compleet- The characteristic points are not complete�.
