Added check on DS Flex with version check (7.8.0.0) using the given key (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\WL | Delft Hydraulics\DS_Flex\InstallerVersion).This is to be tested when correct DS_Flex installer for version 7.8/7.9 using the proper key and value is available to me.Related to Issue [MWDAM-3035]
