Connecting Hydraring: - Initialized all NaN values to valid numbers in the TestClosingStructuresCalculation - Probability parameters that were set as a deterministic variable for the Hydraring output are now set as a NormalDistribution with a standard deviation of 0 to prevent Hydraring from crashing. (paired with kleijn)

Connecting Hydraring: - Added IStructuresClosureCalculator to the HydraRingCalculatorFactory and TestHydraRingCalculatorFactory - Overloaded AreEqual method to assess Hydraring StructuresClosureInput

Connecting Hydraring: - Added IStructuresClosureCalculator to the HydraRingCalculatorFactory

Test objects

- Added a TestClosingStructureCalculation object with a default hydraulic boundary location and closure structure. This object is a valid calculation when it is run through the Validation method
