* Improved Xml docs. * Removed unused resources. * Introduced PropertiesTestHelper. * Improved test coverage. * Renamed *DistributionVariationProperties to VariationCoefficient*DistributionProperties. * Improved value conversion in StructureImporters (read value is more explicit). * Added missing license headers. * Improved error message for IDistribution.StandardDeviation (is now consistent with actual check). * Renamed some test data files to be consistent with our naming conventions.
