followed by review remarks: + removed IsUpdateSuspended and friends. + restored TreeViewUpdateOnManyPropertyChangesShouldBeFast(), expecting it works now.

actual bug resided in WaitUntilAllEventsAreProcessed() in the endless loop. removing it we revealed much more unused functions and properties. removed as well. Related to Issue [WTI-75]

removing timer as the main view updating mechanism led to several unused/irrelevant functions removal. also had to remove TreeViewUpdateOnManyPropertyChangesShouldBeFast() test, due to incompatibility with current implementation of the treeView Related to Issue [WTI-75]
