Added check on Common Files with version check (25.1) using the given key (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Deltares\Common Version).

Also moved almost all defines to one file (ApplicationDefines) where they can be adapted per version and if need be per program. Also introduced and implemented side by side variables for side by side installation.

Note that Productversion is now also in the name of the msi, the drawback of this is that the product version for the msi name has to be seperately defined in the wixproj file too.

Side by side still to be tested.

Added check on DS Flex with version check (7.8.0.0) using the given key (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\WL | Delft Hydraulics\DS_Flex\InstallerVersion).

This is to be tested when correct DS_Flex installer for version 7.8/7.9 using the proper key and value is available to me.
