Preparation for removal of Id from the data model (Stochastic Soil Model) of Macrostability: - Adjusted the corresponding reader such that it still uses the ID to read in the stochastic soil models. - Removed the property id from the class - Cleaned up some tests in piping Related to Issue [WTI-1285]
