Fixed broken soil model import functionality in Piping: - The ShearStrengthModel value is retrieved from a DOUBLE value table => this results in an invalid cast, effectively preventing reading soil profiles -- Changed the LayerProperties.ShearStrengthModel from a NULLABLE enum type to a double type.
