Removed default IsAquifer assignment in PipingProfileCreator. Called PipingProfile.Validate() at validation of piping input. Added parameters required for PipingProfile to PipingSoilLayer and SoilLayer2D: - belowPhreaticLevel - abovePhreaticLevel - dryUnitWeight (not sure where this would come from)
